Jesus is from God

Written by Guest Contributor Dora Lozano

“30 The man answered, “Now that is remarkable! You don’t know where he comes from, yet he opened my eyes. 31 We know that God does not listen to sinners. He listens to the godly person who does his will. 32 Nobody has ever heard of opening the eyes of a man born blind. 33 If this man were not from God, he could do nothing.” – John 9:30-33 (NIV)

Jesus is a healer and He is from God. Jesus could not have performed the miracles He did without having been in the presence of God who equipped Him for this work.  Jesus is real and He died for our sins and through our belief in Him we have everlasting life. We know without a doubt that Jesus is the Messiah, not only because of the miracle stories in the Bible, these are in addition to, the record of our own lives where supernatural occurrences demonstrated the existence of King Jesus.

Make a record of the phenomenons that have occured in your life.  How did your faith sustain you? Write them down, know the details and share them with people.  Your experience could be the revelation someone needs to accept Jesus and change their life.

Lord, we believe that you are the Christ, the Messiah, the living water, the lamb of God whose blood was shed for us on Calvary.  We thank you for your sacrifice and that we can live, breathe and walk in the hope that you gave us on the cross. Thank you that you still loved us even when we doubted you. Forgive us Lord for unbelief.  Lead us in the way you would have us to go. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
