Can You Count Them

Good morning! When we woke up this morning the Lord God was still with us. Enjoy your morning and time with the Lord.

“17 How precious are your thoughts about me, O God. They cannot be numbered!
18 I can’t even count them;
    they outnumber the grains of sand!
And when I wake up, you are still with me!

19 O God, if only you would destroy the wicked!
    Get out of my life, you murderers!
20 They blaspheme you;
    your enemies misuse your name.
21 Lord, shouldn’t I hate those who hate you?
    Shouldn’t I despise those who oppose you?
22 Yes, I hate them with total hatred,
    for your enemies are my enemies.

23 Search me, O God, and know my heart;
    test me and know my anxious thoughts.
24 Point out anything in me that offends you,
    and lead me along the path of everlasting life.” Psalm 139:17-24 NLT

The Lord created us, he knows every single detail about us and our lives, yet his thoughts about us cannot be numbered. He can see us when we are near or far. He knows our names and exactly what we need. He made us with love.

Will you invite him into your heart today and let him search it? ______

Will you allow the Lord to point out any thing that offends him? ______

Will you be obedient and lay down those offenses and let the Lord lead you? _______

Father God, thank you for loving us. Thank you for your endless thoughts toward us. Lord, search our hearts today and reveal to us the areas in our lives that we need to change. Lord, help us to see you at work in our lives. Lord, we want others to see you actively at work in our lives. Help us to bold for you. Continue to change us, Lord. In Jesus name, amen.

Keep seeking! Keep trusting! Keep praying!
