Wait Quietly

Good morning! Lord, our hope is in you. Thank you for loving us.

Let all that I am wait quietly before Godfor my hope is in himHe alone is my rock and my salvation, my fortress where I will not be shakenMy victory and honor come from God alone. He is my refuge, a rock where no enemy can reach meO my people, trust in him at all times. Pour out your heart to himfor God is our refuge.” Psalm 62:5-8 NLT

Find comfort in the Lord who loves you and hears your deepest thoughts. Whatever you are up against, the Lord will see you through it. He is making your path straight, he is removing strongholds, he is setting flames to the weeds, he is moving mountains and making springs in the desert land. He is doing all this and more.

Will you wait on the Lord? __________

As you wait, will you allow God to be your fortress that will not be shaken? __________

Father God, thank you for being our refuge, rock, salvation and fortress. Lord, we desire your presence and direction for our lives. Lord, open our eyes and help us to see. Lord, we want to be focused on you and all that you have called us to be. Lord, help us not to be discouraged by the world or distracted by others who try to lead us away from you or your plan for our lives. Lord, as we wait on you, Lord soften our hearts, align our position on the kingdom battlefield, equip us to minister your word and stand against the enemies schemes, work in us, and change us. In Jesus name, amen.

Keep seeking the Lord! Keep trusting His truth! Keep praying!
