Good morning! Have you ever had one of those conversations when you say, Lord, I know you hear me? Therefore, because I know you are faithful to respond, I will just keep praying. Psalm 34 shares David’s prayer to the Lord.
“4 I prayed to the Lord, and he answered me. He freed me from all my fears.
5 Those who look to him for help will be radiant with joy; no shadow of shame will darken their faces.
6 In my desperation I prayed, and the Lord listened; he saved me from all my troubles.
7 For the angel of the Lord is a guard; he surrounds and defends all who fear him.” (Psalm 34:4-7 NLT)
The Psalmist David certainly had some rough days, but he knew where to go. What do you need to take before the Lord in prayer? ______
Lord, thank you for hearing and listening to our prayers. Thank you for guiding us with a careful eye and steadfast love. Lord, you are always faithful in your cares for us. Lord, may your words free us and save us from the things that bind us. Lord, help us to be more like you today. Let your light shine through us so that you may be glorified. In Jesus name, amen.
Keep seeking! Keep trusting! Keep praying!
