Good morning!

“22 Give your burdens to the Lord, and he will take care of you. He will not permit the godly to slip and fall.” – Psalm 55:22 NLT

Prayer
Father God,  we thank you because there isn’t a burden that is greater than You. Lord, your consistency is unmatched, and your faithfulness never fails. Lord, thank you for your comfort and care for us and our families. Lord, we thank you for answering our prayers in ways we do and do not understand. We thank you for faithful followers of your word and ministers who lead and live by Biblical truth. Lord, your love is everlasting, and your constant care for us brings us peace.

Lord, we pray for all the churches around the world – that they will grow and minister in truth and faith . Lord, you know each pastor, leader, worker, and volunteer. You know exactly what is needed in leadership capacity. Lord, you know their joys and their struggles. Today, we ask that you touch them and remove anything that is not aligned with your will for them and your purpose for the church. Lord, encourage them as they seek you and serve your people. Lord, when they are doubtful, fearful, or discouraged remind them to keep trusting you, to keep the faith, to keep ministering to those who need you and those who don’t know that they need you.

Lord, we pray for our nation and countries around the world. Lord, our leaders need you. They need the strength to stand for the right things, to be able to make decisions when it is difficult, and when it is the unpopular choice but the most responsible decision for the people in the land. Lord, put the right leaders in place who will be in alignment with you and your word. A leader who will unite our country and leaders around the world in love and peace. Lord, cease the horrible wars and stop the violence against children, women, and men.

Lord, cover each reader and their families as they prepare for work and school. Lord, remove anxiety and fear. Protect us all as we experience the events ahead of us. Give us favor in all of our encounters and help us to be a light in this world. Lord, direct our speech and calm our attitudes. Lord, keep us humble and faithful to you and your word. Lord, continue to heal those in need of healing – in Jesus’ name. Lord, comfort those in need of comforting. Strengthen those who are having difficulties managing things in their lives – help them to balance their time, finances, and priorities. Lord, continue to transform and heal us daily.
