Good morning! Thank you for walking alongside me with all the repost this month. I am now recovering from surgery and we will have a guest writer fill-in for the next week or so. Keep the faith.
“It was by faith that the people of Israel marched around Jericho for seven days, and the walls came crashing down. It was by faith that Rahab the prostitute was not destroyed with the people in her city who refused to obey God. For she had given a friendly welcome to the spies.” Hebrews 11:31-32 NLT.
When we are obedient and follow God’s direction he is faithful to deliver us from the hands of our enemy.
Remember, the Lord has not forgotten his children. He sees the injustice, the unrighteous, and those who refuse to turn away from sin. According to Psalm 25 (read it when you have a chance), our God is the God who saves, is good and does what is right, He is a friend, protects, forgives and is our refuge.
Today, sister and brother, if you are struggling with a situation in your life, may I challenge you to call on the name that is above all names “Jesus” and he will see you through. Regardless of your past, God is willing to be your today. Trust Him! Victory is the Lord’s.
Father God, we come to you today with a humble heart asking for your direction, asking for your victory, and praying for sustaining peace. Lord, we ask that you comfort the broken-hearted, those who are under persecution, and those who are seeking you for other reasons. Lord guide us in all our ways. Lord, strengthen our faith to be as bold as Israel when they marched around the city seven times. Help us to be fearless and follow you in spite of what the world says. Use us Lord, in Jesus name, Amen! Keep seeking! Keep Trusting! Keep praying!
