Happy Friday! There will be days when we won’t understand what or why things happen.  Then there are moments when get distracted or discouraged. But hold on, the Bible reminds us in Proverbs 3:5-6 “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.” May our Lord bless your reading today. “³³ Teach me your decrees, O Lord;
    I will keep them to the end.
³⁴ Give me understanding and I will obey your instructions; I will put them into practice with all my heart.

    rather than a love for money!

The two R’s to meditate on this weekend are:

• Reassurance – Lord, reassure us of your promises.
• Renew – Lord, renew our lives with your goodness.

Lord, thank you for being our wisdom and understanding. Lord, you are the great teacher. Lord, we surrender our will to yours. Lord, continue to teach us your ways. Direct our steps and guide our minds so that we may love as you love. Lord, you know our hearts please continue your work in us. Lord, wherever we lack faith – strengthen it. Lord, wherever there is doubt – reveal your truth. Lord, wherever we are weak – make us strong. Lord, “renew our lives with your goodness” every day. In Jesus name amen.
