Happy Tuesday! For some, today is or will be your first day back to work. For others, you may be home or out and about. Whatever, the day brings, may the love of God live in you and pour out of you today.

“And as we live in God, our love grows more perfect. So we will not be afraid on the day of judgment, but we can face him with confidence because we live like Jesus here in this world.” 1 John 4:17 NLT 

As we make the choice to live in God,  we discover an intimate and personal relationship with the One who extends perfect love to us.  Through that love, we become more like Christ in this world – more complete; emptiness and brokenness begins to dissipate to allow for healing and for love to grow in us.

Lord, you are so good to us. Thank you for your perfect love. Lord, we want to live and love like you. Lord, continue to grow us into the people you desire us to be. Strengthen our faith and trust in you. Teach us to love like you love. Continue to change us so that people will see you in us. In Jesus name, Amen.
