Father God, there is no peace like the peace that you provide. Lord, as we go through this day, help us to know your peace and know you better.

Restore and strengthen our relationship with you. Help us to trust you over trusting our emotions. Guide our thoughts and humble our hearts. Help us to consult you with our plans and not move ahead of you. Rescue us from bringing harm to ourselves and help us to see your bigger plan for our lives. Lord, as we wait patiently on you, help us to continue on the path before us. Remove anxiety,  depression,  anger,  worry,  and disappointment from our thoughts and hearts. Help us to accept that you are in control and be at peace as we wait for things to change or for doors to open. Lord, you know each of our thoughts, our hearts, and our prayers – we leave each one of them with you. Help us to keep our eyes focused on you.  In Jesus name, amen.
