Good Morning Beloved!   I pray you are well and feeling lighter on today 😉 !  God has a word for us on this last Happy Thursday of the year!

On yesterday, we reflected on 2021 and learned from God what required PRUNING in our lives so we could “Let it Go” or  “Carry it Forward with greater excellence” into next year!

Today, we focus on PLANNING for 2022:

SCRIPTURES

Psalm 139:13(NLT) You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother’s womb.

Habakkuk 2:2 (ESV) Then the LORD answered me and said: “Write the vision And make it plain on tablets, That he may run who reads it.

Jeremiah 29:11 (TLB) For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord. They are plans for good and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.

Proverbs 3: 5-6 (NLT )Trust in the LORD with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take.

REVIEW AND MEDITATION

These four well known scriptures should both excite and rest our souls!  It’s exciting because Psalm 139:13 tells us that God had a unique design in mind when he made us!  Knitting delicate inner parts is custom detailed work! You are custom made Beloved, and God has a specific vision for your life!  We have instructions in Habakkuk 2:2 to “write the vision and make it plain”!  Writing the vision makes it visible, provides us clarity and gives us the focus we need in today’s world of distractions!  Jeremiah 29:11 allows us to rest because we are assured that God has good plans for our future!  Proverbs 3:5-6 confirms that God directs our paths as we trust and acknowledge him without dependence on our own understanding!  Now that is rest, no more overthinking, God has a plan and we don’t have to figure it out! Yay!  Let’s Seek God’s face and ask him to tell us His Vision and Plans for us Next Year!

PRAYER

Elohim, Our God the Creator, we honor and worship you!   Father thank you for fashioning each one of us according to your custom design! Lord, we seek your face and will on today and ask that you reveal your vision for our lives in this season!   Help us to hear you clearly Father, we are ready to write the vision and make it plain! God we ask that you confirm the plans that you have prepared for us to execute Next Year!  Lord the first quarter of 2022 is predicted to have many uncertainties!  God we know that nothing is uncertain to you because you see the end from the beginning! Is there nothing that you cannot do? Keep us mindful of your sovereignty and promise of a future and a hope for us! Soften and relax our hearts God and reinforce our trust in you Lord!  Father as we turn your plans into details and steps, keep us mindful to always submit our decisions to you!  According to Proverbs 3:6 we Thank you for directing our Paths as we seek your will and ways in all that we do !  In Jesus Name we Pray, Amen!

REFLECTION

1. Reflecting on Proverbs 16:9 (NKJV) A man’s heart plans his way, But the LORD directs his steps.
   • How do you go about ensuring that you submit your plans to God throughout the year?
2. Journal on Jeremiah 29:11 and write a prayer of affirmation for future use for your reference when your circumstances look evil in the midst of your execution of God’s plans.
