Happy Monday! Leave your cares in the hands of the One who knows you best. Enjoy your morning time with the Lord. Have a good day.
“1 O Lord, you have examined my heart
and know everything about me.
2 You know when I sit down or stand up.
You know my thoughts even when I’m far away.
3 You see me when I travel
and when I rest at home.
You know everything I do.
4 You know what I am going to say
even before I say it, Lord.
5 You go before me and follow me.
You place your hand of blessing on my head.
6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me,
too great for me to understand!” Psalm 139:1-6 NLT
Brothers and sisters, no one knows you like the Lord. He wakes you early in the morning. He is better than any GPS or tracking system, he knows exactly where you are physically, mentally and emotionally. He calls out to you and invites you to spend time with him. He knows every little secret, so you can be real/authentic/unguarded with him when you speak, pray or cry-out to him.
Will you trust him today?______
No matter what you are facing, the Lord is the One who has your back, trust him.
Father God, thank you for everything that you have done for us. You have brought us a mighty long way from where we once were. Lord, thank you for your careful guidance and love. Thank you for seeing our heart and loving us enough to convict our motives and thoughts that do not align with your ways. Lord, continue to soften our hearts to trust you more. Lord, calm our anxious thoughts and give us peace as we seek you in every area of our lives. Lord, when we don’t agree with or understand what you are doing, help us to relinquish our desire to be in control and surrender to your perfect way. Teach us as we pray for your direction, as we watch for you to unfold your purpose, as we act/move when you lead us or wait when you tell us to be still. Lord, guide us today and keep us. In Jesus name, amen.
Keep seeking! Keep trusting! Keep praying!
