“9 If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by openly declaring your faith that you are saved. “
Prayer
Father God, we thank you for sending your son Jesus to be the ultimate sacrifice for our sins. Lord, we don’t deserve your grace or mercy, but you continue to give it anyway. Lord, forgive us of our sins (known and unknown). Lead us in a way that will help us see you at work in the chaos and in the silence of our day. Lord, help us to love like you love. Be with us as we begin this final week of July 2024. Help us to share our hope and faith in you. Lord, protect our minds and our hearts. Help us to be bold in our prayers, praise and passion for you. Lord, equip us with your peace so that we may be calm and thoughtful in each situation we face. Give us wisdom and discernment as we speak to others in truth and love. Lord, keep working in the hearts and minds of those who claim to know and love you, but struggle to walk in your truth, freedom, and surrender. Lord, may we all be more like you. Lord, continue to answer prayers that have been prayed by readers. Heal those who are recovering from surgery, comfort and give peace to mother’s whose child(ren) are incarcerated or facing court decisions, heal those who are brokenhearted, remove anxiety and help those who are taking test and finals
recall to memory answers to the tests. Lord, we leave today in your hands because you are in control and we have entrusted you with our families and our prayers. Lord, keep transforming us to be more like you. In Jesus name, amen.
