Good morning!

Prayer

Father God, thank you for sending your son Jesus Christ to save us from our sins. Lord, thank you for the gift of salvation and eternal life. Lord, thank you for the hope that we can find in you. Lord, forgive us for the times when we did not follow your instructions or do your will. Lord, work in and through us to do the things that you have called us to.

Thank you for the reminder that you are the One who gives power, who gives wisdom, who fills us with the Holy Spirit, who gifts us with spiritual gifts to reach and love on those who are downhearted, lost, and unknowingly seeking after you. Lord, forgive us for the times when we fled or scattered out of fear or persecution. Lord, we know you can use us wherever we go or wherever you send us. Lord we ask that you continue to equip us while we are on the journey, fill us with the Spirit and wisdom, and remove our fears or insecurities.

Lord forgive us for the times when we allowed fear to over rule what your word says about any situation in our lives. Forgive us for believing the enemies lies about us, but we praise and thank you for getting our attention to remind us of who we are in You. Lord, we rebuke the lies of the enemy today – in Jesus name. We declare your victory over our situations – in the name of Jesus. We praise you because You are worthy to be praised. Lord, we pray for each reader, each believer, each pastor, missionary, church leader today and ask that you strengthen them and help us all to stand firm in You, Your word and Your promises. Lord, open the eyes of the blind and the ears of the deaf (physically and spiritually), and help us to believe and follow you. Help us to pursue love for others in our hearts, help us to heal the racial divide, help us to unite in purpose as believers, and live a life worthy of the call on our lives. Lord, touch and heal those in the hospital today. Lord, we pray for the mother who is suffering from post partum preclampsia and ask for healing in her body and for no permanent damage to occur in her organs. Lord, we pray for the woman hospitalized with lupus and we ask for healing in her body. Lord, we ask that you touch her and give her strength and full recovery.

In the name of Jesus we pray all these things, amen!
