A Repost from – February 8, 2018 that is still relevant today.

Good morning! Sometimes we get anxious about our circumstances, especially when we don’t have control. But what would life be like if we could simply master the skill to consult with the Lord and wait – wait patiently on the Lord.

BIBLE VERSE – Psalm 27:11-14 NLT

“¹¹ Teach me how to live, O Lord. Lead me along the right path, for my enemies are waiting for me. ¹² Do not let me fall into their hands. For they accuse me of things I’ve never done; with every breath they threaten me with violence. ¹³ Yet I am confident I will see the Lord’s goodness while I am here in the land of the living. ¹⁴ Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.”

PRAYER

Lord, your ways are good. You are faithful. You know our beginning from the end. Lord, teach us how to live beyond what we see. Lord, when we are overwhelmed, help us to see you near. Lord, help us to understand your will for our lives. Lord, direct our hearts and minds so that we may follow your lead. Lord while you are working behind the scenes on our behalf, make us brave and courageous. Lord, teach us as we wait patiently for you. In Jesus name, amen.

Keep seeking God’s truth! Keep trusting God’s word! Keep praying!
