Good morning! May the Lord continue to guide you through His grace and peace.

Bible Verse: Galatians 1:3-5 NLT

“³ May God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ give you grace and peace. ⁴ Jesus gave his life for our sins, just as God our Father planned, in order to rescue us from this evil world in which we live. ⁵ All glory to God forever and ever! Amen.”

Prayer

Dear God. Thank you for waking us up this morning. For some it was a difficult weekend and for others it was good weekend. Lord, we praise and thank you for being God in the midst of hearing good or bad news, and for still being God when good or bad things occur. Lord, we know that through you we are recipients of grace. We know that it is only by God’s grace through Christ Jesus that we are saved, forgiven, and reconciled into a relationship with God. Lord, thank you for your love that never abandons us. Thank you for being so loving toward us. Jesus thank you for giving your life for our sins.

Lord, as we prepare for today and the weekend ahead we ask for your counsel, guidance, wisdom, and discernment. Lord, we ask for you to direct our words, actions and thoughts. We want to be lead by you everyday this week and in every conversation that we have.

Lord, comfort those who are mourning and/or making funeral arrangements. Lord, bring peace to the family and ignite hope into their hearts and minds.

Lord, we thank you for the praise report over some of the medical conditions we have been praying about. Lord, you are so good. Lord, continue to be with those who are still praying for a miracle and those who have chronic medical conditions.

Lord, we pray for those who are going to school this week and ask that you cover them and shield them from harm. We pray for teachers and administrators, and ask for you to give them wisdom to care for each student.

Lord, we thank you for your grace and peace, and for rescuing us. In Jesus name, amen.
