Good morning! Today is a refresher of some of the scripture verses we have read before. I hope they bless you today.

Bible Verse: Galatians 5:22-23 NLT

“²² But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,  ²³ gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things!”

Prayer

Dear God.

Thank you for another day. Thank you for Your Holy Spirit that produces fruit in our lives. Thank you for your ability and willingness to transform our character one seed at a time. Thank you for sending your son Jesus Christ to save us. Thank you for the grace we receive through Christ Jesus. God, we thank you for the unconditional grace that you give. We are learning that Your free gift of grace that is given to us, over and over again is not a license to keep sinning and it is not based on our performance. We know it is a grace that transforms us.

Lord, continue to transform us and work the fruits of the Spirit into our lives, so that our character traits that others see everyday will align with You. Lord, we pray for the following to be restored and/or renewed within us:

• Compassion
• Joy
• Gentleness
• Goodness
• Thankfulness
• Love
• Humility
• Patience
• Forgiveness
• Self-control
• Kindness
• Peace
• Forbearance
• Faithfulness

Lord, as you begin to awaken these areas in our lives equip us and cover us with Your armor so that we will be able to stand against the devils attacks that attempt to undermine our character development. Lord, keep working in us and transforming us daily. Be with those who are mourning today. Be with those who are dealing with medical and mental health issues. Be with those who are care givers and give them rest. Be with those who are struggling with anxiety and give them peace. Be with those who are driving or taking various modes of transportation, get them safely to their destinations and safely back home.

In Jesus name, amen!
