Good morning! Thank you for joining us for another day of our Draw Closer prayer series.

Prayer Focus: He Has Heard
“19 But God has heard; He has given attention to the sound of my prayer. 20 Blessed be God, Who has not turned away my prayer Nor His favor from me.” Psalm 66:19-20 NASB

Dear God.
Thank you for hearing our prayers. Thank you for blessing us with your mighty love. Lord, you have been faithful in your care toward us. You understand our needs before we even know them. Lord, you answer prayers before we voice them. You rescue us from harm before we know that we are in danger. You open our eyes to the wickedness around us and You give us discernment and wisdom to navigate around or away from it. Lord, thank you for covering us, for being our refuge and strength. You are Lord. You are above all things.

Lord, thank you for not turning away from our prayers and for giving us favor. Lord, we continue in prayer today for families. Lord, we pray for you to strengthen families around the world. Lord, bring healing to brokenness. Improve communication where there are misunderstandings. Lord, provide paths of forgiveness where it is needed. Lord, establish accountability and boundaries where they are needed. Lord, draw them closer to you in prayer, in wisdom and understanding,  in belief in You, and acceptance – placing You as the Lord and Savior of their lives.

Lord, we pray for parents and ask that you be with them today. Lord, comfort them as you send them as they send their child(ren) to school/college or childcare. Lord, hear their prayers for their children. Cover those schools or places of cover. Encamp your army of angels around the children, teachers, and buildings and protect them from harm.

Lord, we pray for finances. We pray that every need be met. That schools supplies will be in abundance. That food will be available and filling. That clothes and shoes will be subtle and comfortable. Lord, we pray for homes that are safe and cared for.

Lord, we pray that you bless the church to be a blessing inside and outside it’s four walls. That your children will step up in faith, courage, and ability to do what you have called us to do in the world. May our words and actions align to your plan and will for our lives.

Lord, be with us today. Give us favor wherever we go. Give us discernment and wisdom in decision we need to make. Continue to heal those with cancer, chronic medical condition, and other illnesses.  Lord, reduce fevers, remove infections and give doctors wisdom and the willingness to treat medical conditions.  However, Lord, you are the ultimate healer and many people are asking for miracles today. Lord, bring forth your miraculous healing today. Go into those chemo/radiation rooms and touch those patients. Go into those hospitals and pour our your miracles. Move turn sick beds in homes, huts, villages into healed spaces. Care for women who are with child and those who desire to be, and bless them. Keep them well.

Lord, continue your work in us. In Jesus name, amen.
