Pray Focus: Whatever is on your heart

“First of all, then, I urge that requests, prayers, intercession, and thanksgiving be made in behalf of all people, ² for kings and all who are in authority, so that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and dignity. ³ This is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, ⁴ who wants all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.” 1 Timothy 2:1-4 (NASB)

Dear God

Thanks!
Lord thank for another day. Thank you for the ability to understand that it is a blessing to simply call on your name. Lord, thank for this opportunity to come to you in prayer.

Praying for others:
Lord, there are individuals who woke up this morning with difficult situations that they are facing. Lord, we ask that you help them during this season. Hold them up and give them a steady heart and mind as they put their faith in you to be with them. Lord, equip them with everything that they need so that they will understand that it is you who is with them.
Lord, we pray for our neighbor(s): __________.  Lord, we pray for our neighbors to know you. We pray for their lives to align with your will for them. We pray specifically for their ____________________.

Lord, we pray for the children living on our street and those who go to babysitters, childcare, school or are homeschooling and we pray for protection over them. Lord, protect them from ___________. Rid them from _________. Help their parents raise them well and for their entire household to know you, believe, and serve you. We pray specifically for _________ and __________. Lord, bless our neighborhood.

Lord, we pray for our household and ask that you make your presence known in our home. Lord, remove anything that is not of you from our home while keeping our family together. Lord, bless the finances and spiritually well-being of us all. Guide us to draw closer to you and one another in love. Lord, we pray for each member of our household.  We pray for _____________.
We pray that __________. We ask for you to __________. We thank you in advance for  ___________. Lord, have your way. Lord, we also pray for our extended family. Lord, help us to be a light that points our family to you in love and in truth. Lord, we pray for our current, past, and future jobs. We pray for all the employees and their bosses.  Lord, let your presence be in the workplace. Heal the strain and tension in the building and/or virtually. Lord, bless it to be a place where people learn to love and respect one another. Let is be a place where the culture thrives and is well. Lord, we pray for _______. We pray that ______. We ask that you______.
Lord, we pray that you be with those seeking new employment opportunities and ask that you open the right doors. We ask for good leadership and for enough financial support to pay all our bills, healthcare, tithes, and above and beyond that – as you see fit.

Lord, provide for the unhoused, the hungry, the unemployed and all those who are in need.

Lord, continue to work in us. Transform us to be advocates for those who can’t advocate for themselves. Lord, be with us and lead us to do your will today. Lord, help us to:
