Dear Lord. Thank you for getting us through this week. We praise you and thank you for all that you have down for us. Lord, our country needs you. Satan has been so busy starting division on so many levels that our eyes have shifted from looking at you and walking in love, to what is right in our own hearts and flesh – and Lord this can’t continue. Lord, examine us and point out everything in us that does not align to your will and plan. Lord, open up our eyes to see things as you see them. Turn our hearts to seek you before we seek guidance from anyone else. Lord, we want to please you. Lord, keep us through the night and fill our homes with peace. Lord, if it is your will for us to see tomorrow help us to take advantage of the day off rest. Lord, help us to sit down and spend time with you in solitude and in worship. Let us be still before you so that we can be attuned to what you desire for us to hear. Lord, we pray for all the students returning back to school this week. Lord, keep them safe, shield them from disease, protect them from active shooters, and bullies. Lord, help them to learn and grow closer to you. In Jesus name, amen.
