What Side Will You Take

Good morning! Lately, there has been a struggle between right and wrong, left and right, his side vs. her side, and truth against the “new” truth – which is used to deceive people. While it may be difficult to see or understand the truth, we have an opportunity to be filled with truth and light. Join me as we continue in Matthew chapter 12.

“30 “Anyone who isn’t with me opposes me, and anyone who isn’t working with me is actually working against me.

31 “So I tell you, every sin and blasphemy can be forgiven—except blasphemy against the Holy Spirit, which will never be forgiven. 32 Anyone who speaks against the Son of Man can be forgiven, but anyone who speaks against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven, either in this world or in the world to come.” – Matthew 12:30-32 NLT

Brothers and sisters, we have to decide which side we are on. Are we on the side of politicians or Christ? Are we on the side of racism or Christ? Are we on the side of the world or Christ?

We have two choices: 1) repent of your sins, believe and receive/accept Christ Jesus as your Lord and Savior, or 2) live your life apart from Christ.

Only one will lead to eternal life. Which option will you choose? ________

Father God, we thank you for today. We thank you for another opportunity to serve you and share your love with others. Lord, there are so many things that oppose your truth, but Lord we believe your word is true. Lord, forgive us when we fall short of following you. Lord, we believe that you are the greatest in all the earth. Lord, we are for you, we are with you and we are working with you. Lord, come into our hearts. Lord, strengthen our faith and transform our minds to understand and receive what you are teaching us. Lord, soften our hearts so that they will be aligned to your will. Lord, be with us and guide us in all our ways. In Jesus name, amen.

Keep seeking! Keep trusting! Keep praying!

  1. Jennifer Gomez says:

Praise Him for the new heart & desires He gives..no need to pick a side! Once we are free from the slavery of sin..sin is not longer our desire. We will fall but He is faithful to complete His work He starts! Faith is trusting the completed work on the cross, hope is toward the future , the eternal promises and we are just to show love today. Don’t worry of the past or the future – Christ has completed all for those He calls.
