“I can never escape from your Spirit!

No matter where we are or the circumstances that got us here – the Lord is always with us.

Do you need to feel the Lord’s presence today? ________

Father God, we thank you for being with us. You show us your presence in various ways, however Lord, sometimes we are worried, fearful, selfish or too busy to recognize you are with us. Lord, we have run away from you by seeking our own will instead of yours. Lord, we have hidden ourselves because of shame or painful past or our present “reality”. Lord, we have moved because we are so overwhelmed by emotional/mental responses that we can’t hear you. Lord, we need you more than we even realize. Lord, today, right where we are and wherever the day may lead us – we ask that you reveal to us your presence. Today, keep us awake and aware so that we may experience you. Lord, help us to stop running. Today, we are taking a bold step of faith, we want our fears, anxiety, pain, and loneliness to meet you face to face. Lord, when they meet you today, Lord, we declare in the name of Jesus Christ that they are defeated because of who you are. Lord, free us in the name of Jesus Christ. Lord, change us. In Jesus name, amen!
