Majestic Splendor

Happy Monday! “For we were not making up clever stories when we told you about the powerful coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. We saw his majestic splendor with our own eyes when he received honor and glory from God the Father. The voice from the majestic glory of God said to him, “This is my dearly loved Son, who brings me great joy.” 2 Peter 1:16-17NLT

Peter is reminding us that our faith is not based on false doctrine or clever stories, but it is the truth – the Bible (written word). The Word consist of written truths and eyewitness accounts of events on earth and the majestic return of Christ.

While there maybe skeptics about the word of God, we must stand firm and believe the truth in the Bible.

Read the word for yourself and ask the Lord to write it on your heart.

Have a wonderful Monday! Keep praying! Keep seeking! Keep trusting!
